Please pay within 7 days of winning the auction. PayPal is my preferred payment method but I will also accept personal checks, money order or cashier's check. Once the personal check/money order/cashier's check is approved and cleared by my bank, I will ship the item to you. I am required by law to charge 6.5% sales tax for all items shipped to Ohio addresses. This fee is forwarded to the Ohio Department of Taxation. This tax is for the final bidding price only and does not include shipping fees. If this item is being shipped to an address outside of the United States it is up to the buyer to pay all custom and/or importation taxes and fees. I am required to include the full sales price on the custom form and cannot report any other price (nor can I say it is a gift). If a Customs Officer believes the form is not accurate then he or she could confiscate your item. This would not be a positive experience for neither you nor me.

Unless specified in the listing, I will use the eBay shipping calculator to determine the shipping/handling fees. I do offer a shipping discount for combining items purchased from me within a 5 day period. You must wait until all auctions are completed and pay for your winning items at one time in order to qualify for the combined shipping discount. You will be charged the full amount for the item with the highest shipping fee. Then you will receive a $2.00 discount off of the shipping fee for each additional item you won. Shipping insurance is optional for all items being delivered to addresses withing the USA. If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance and the item is lost or damaged in the mail, I will not be able to refund your money. If you are uncomfortable with this then I would advice paying the small fee to insure the package. It's not a lot of cost & will bring you peace of mind. Shipping insurance is require for all items shipped outside of the United States.

I think you will be happy with the products I sell. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it, within 7 days, for a complete refund. Once I receive the item I will refund the price of the item (excluding shipping/handling fees). The item must be returned to me in the same condition that it was originally sent to you. Please contact me via eBay e-mail or by telephone (513-252-2467) to receive an RMA code before shipping item back to me. If all goes well, this very serious sounding return policy will be moot!
