25 years working in an IT department for the City of Louisville. I also have experience running an accounting department and have managed a billing department for 15 of those years. Customer Service is my forte. I am experienced in electronics. I have experience in trouble shooting computers, printers, fax machines, copiers and phone systems. I have updated computers systems and was responsible for buying or building computer systems for 250 employees. I have set up master files for a 5 clinic health system and was responsible for buying and setting up the software and hardware for that system. I created the training manuals for 250 emplyees and also trained them in the use of the software and hardware. I have written statistical reports required by the Federal Government. I have been involved with Accredidation procedures and JACHO procedures. I created the encounter forms and most of the other forms needed to keep the clinics runnings. I am proficient in UDS procedures and reporting.

I will accept returns on all the items I sell. They must be returned within 7 days and still in their original packaging. I will refund the purchasing price, but the buyer is responsible for the return shipping. If the item is received damaged, then a full refund will be given or a replacement item, (buyer's choice)
