Orders are shipped USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail when shipment is greater than 13 oz. Typically expect 3-7 business days for delivery. Additional 8.25% sales tax required by California state law, to all California purchases. Shipping to all other International countries: Orders are shipped via USPS Airmail Letter Post and typically take 6-12 business days for delivery. International shipments can take longer than estimated! Postal insurance is REQUIRED for International shipments. AirMail Letter Post DOES NOT include tracking information. If you have a problem with an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Allow us an opportunity to make it right! We may be able to provide you with a replacement (if in stock) or a refund (if out of stock). Send an email briefly describing the problem and referencing your order. To authorize a refund, items must be returned in original condition with packaging, tags or shrinkwrap still attached. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If there was an error in shipping on our part, we will make an exception and additionally refund your shipping charges and return postage, as necessary. We will only accept opened returns if the item is suspected of being defective. Please contact us for authorization and mailing instructions.
