Good partnership of Dad and Son's writing. It Worked.
Unusual blend of tech and Reacher. You could see Lee's sons impact, though it didn't hurt the story telling.

Staying hard at 75!
First bought this book in about 1980. Fell off the wagon many times, but am into it again. Love the weight toning exercises, and am almost through level 2 again with good changes already. I expect that modern science has updated some of these exercises, but these work, even with this ageing body. Besides, the female model is good on the eyes. Do ignore the diet and life style comments. I think Gaines was reading too many Travis McGee novels at the time.
