Link Cable For Sega 32X System Connector Sega Mega Drive II Genesis 2 Console

Good product for it's price, but some caution when using it.
I saw this cable and purchased it. Other Sega 32x system cables to connect to the Sega Genesis can go for as much as $20 or more. It's a third party cable and it works fine, but it may have an issue the might cause harm for your Sega Genesis, 32x, or Sega CD if you have them all hooked up together. The 32x requires not only a special A/V cable to connect to your Sega Genesis, but also needs it's own AC adapter to power it. This cable seems to run power through the A/V cable and eliminate the need to use an AC adapter for the 32x. I noticed this when I powered up my Sega Genesis with the 32x and the system wouldn't shut off when I tried to turn off the Sega Genesis. When I took the A/C adapter out of the 32x and turn the Sega Genesis on and off it worked fine. I've only played with a few games and used the Sega 32x for no more than a half hour at a time, and there hasn't been any damage yet to my systems. It's a great price for a hard to find cord, but I wanted to caution everyone before buying and using this product.
