I am a busy Mom of 4 kids ranging from 15 months to 8 years. I ran the eBay store Mom's Cleaning Again for a couple years, now my house is decluttered thanks to eBay and FlyLady, so I am selling less often! I am also a Girl Scout Troop Leader!

I sell gently used clothing of all sizes, hats, purses, shoes, birthday party supplies, collectibles, fiction books, non-fiction books, antique books, and children's books, movies, dishes, baby items, craft items, toys; almost anything you find in a home! As my kids will tell you, I am always cleaning something out trying to declutter our lives!

I started selling in February of 2006 to help out with household needs, and small bills, so I can continue to be a stay-at-home mom for my kids, and to clean out our basement and closets! I am also the leader of our local Girl Scout Troop.

I only accept PayPal. Payment is to be made within 5 days of auction ending. I will file an unpaid item dispute after 7. If you have less than 10 feedbacks, I reserve the right to cancel your bid. This is due to the obnoxious number of non-paying bidders. If you do not feel you can abide by this policy, don't bid on my items.

I usually use priority flat rate mailers, or first class envelopes. Boxes tend to go best value. I will go to the post office Tuesday's and Friday's only. I do not ship internationally. I do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO address and U.S. Territories. Please verify correct shipping costs BEFORE winning the item. If you feel the shipping cost is too high, please don't bid on the auction.

NOTE! I have a RETURN policy, not a REFUND policy. If I make a listing mistake (which lets face it, will happen from time to time with the kids running in and out; but I do try my best to be as accurate as possible, and include as much details as I can!), please RETURN the item to me within 7 days, and I will fully refund your payment, and reimburse the return shipping costs, when I receive the item. All other returns will be minus return shipping costs. I am not a professional business, just a Mom, and I would appreciate my policies being respected and obeyed, as I will do the same for you when I win one of your auctions! If you do not feel you can abide by this policy, do not bid on my items.

I check my eBay messages at least once a day! Don't use my e-mail, my spam mail is too good, and I would hate to miss your question or concern! If you have any questions whatsoever, big or small; don't be afraid to ask! I may have neglected something, and I want all customers to be happy, and I want to be helpful to all eBay users!
