Shipping information
My Pet Peeves are, Excessive shipping and handling fees! I will not charge you excessive fees for shipping or insurance. Shipping and handling should be reasonable and very close to the actual costs, not additional padding under a disguise. (Demanding excessive shipping and handling is theft in my book). Also the USPS provides free boxes for priority shipping so stop charging me for the free boxes. Usually UPS provides insurance up to $100.00 for FREE, so don't charge me $2.00 for it. (I know better). Don't lie or misrepresent your items, your services or your discounts). I prefer priority mail, and never media mail. Ship the items just as quickly as you demand your payment. (I.e., if you want your money in three days or less, then I expect the same from you. Don't wait two weeks to ship the item to me after you demanded immediate or fast payment. Be honest and admit when you make a mistake, fix it. That just about covers it!
Return policy
I try to describe everything correctly, so returns are not usually allowed. If I missed something please let me know right away. I am fair and honest and want my buyers to be happy. Additionally, I expect sellers to be honest and to give a complete and accurate description of their items. Nobody likes to feel taken advantage of or ripped off.

Fradulant sellers or buyers beware!
I have had several items arrive NOT as described. Either they were missing parts, were damaged or both. If you say that the item is NIB, That is what I expect to receive. If I wanted to spend my weekends at Lowes, or at other stores looking for replacement parts, or having items repaired, I would have purchased items that clearly stated that they were damaged goods in need of parts or repair. If you state that items are shipped within 1-2 days of receiving payment, then I expect you to send the item within 1-2 days. When I ask you for the shipping info I do not want excuses I want the tracking information. Stop the lies and the fraud. I know times are tough. However, stop ripping off your fellow Ebayers! I have had just about enough of this bad behavior and will call you out on it. Remember, you earn your own feedback with your own actions. If you list something and we enter into a contract. YOU are responsible for what you say in your listing and feedback!
