Ordered boxes with lids and got only stickers. When I enquired they tried to offer me a fraction of my money back and didn’t attempt to tell me where the product I ordered was, which lead me to believe it was never posted, therefore they never intended to supply my item, but they did try extort money from me for something I didn’t want. I got my money back thanks to eBay intervention. This seller needs to look at their inappropriate practices. Very disappointed.

I would have been happy if they sent the complete order, we ordered 7 packs of 5 total 35, however only received 7, we asked for the balance to be sent which for some reason didn’t suit them, they offered a part refund for the missing stock so we excepted that only to receive an even lesser amount than what we were short sent, not worth chasing them for the outstanding they obviously can’t count
