Payment is due within 3 days of the auction close. On the seventh day we will start non paying bidder procedures. On the 14 th day if you have not paid you get a non bidder strike. Postal Methods Technoroom Manly uses Royal Mail & Parcelforce as our primary shipping method. We try to give you the cheapest and fastest way you wish to receive your package if you need it for a certain day let us know and we can try our best to get it to you for that day. General use we use one of the following ways and proof of posting is always obtained. First & Second Class Large letters + Packets: First class normally arrives 1-2 days after posting. Second Class takes 1 -3 days for delivery. So as long as the item is less than 1.25kg this is the cheapest way to ship from us. First & Second class covers the package up to a value of £34. However there is a 15 day wait before I can claim for lost packages. Standard Parcels: Parcels normally arrive 3+ days after posting. I use Standard Parcels for items over 1.25kg. However there is a 15 day wait before I can claim for lost packages.These Packets are normally covered up to £100 I will aso do Special Delivery on request.

Money Back Guarantee: Any item may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The full cost of the item will be refunded (Not the postage & packaging). The item must not have been used , and it must remain sealed. Postage and Packing for the items return must be paid by the buyer. Prior authorization must be received by email (eBay messaging service) before you send the item back. If the item is returned used we will assess a restocking charge.If the item has been tampered with in any way NO refund will be made even if the item is sent back. If the item is said to be faulty and is found to be working there will be a restocking charge. If the item is faulty the full cost of the item will be refunded (Not the postage & packaging) remember this when choosing to buy the item, the buyer has the right to ask for the item to be tested prior to posting (a delay of up to 4 days could be incurred) If this option is not taken the buyer takes FULL responsibilty of the item working or not.
