Paypal is usually prefered with one exception for domestic (WITHIN CANADA) shipping : if the total auction amount (not including shipping) exceeds $20.00 CAD and insurance is declined then paypal CANNOT be used as a method of payment. This isn't the case with shipments to the USA because a Customs Number will be obtained from the post office as a proof of shipment if a dispute arrises.

I charge reasonable shipping with no intentions of making a profit and no handling fees. I feel that it is expensive enough to ship within and from Canada and that by selling on ebay it is my obligation as a seller to commit to packaging items up and commuting to the post office, so I don't think I should be getting money for this. It bugs me when people charge a handling fee...a lot!!!

I don't normally offer a return policy. I describe all items to the best of my ability and items are sold as is (according to the description). If you have a problem with the item(s) that you have recieved, please contact me...especially before leaving feedback. If something can't be worked out, then you may be able to return the item. Return shipping IS your responsibility though...so everyone benefits from working things out!

I leave feedback after it has been recieved. My reason for this is that I have left feedback too many times only to not have it returned! If you have a problem with something, please contact me before leaving feedback. I always contact a seller or buyer if I have a problem, before leaving feedback for them. Working things out is ALWAYS better! If, however, you don't contact me before leaving feedback, I will consider the transaction final and complete and will not work towards achieving your satasfaction.
