eBay My World: tekno-house( 36738)

Waiting for my mobiles housing cover more then a month.Still didn`t received.I think domestic mailing doesn`t take that long.:-(

i ordered a black keypad for my phone, they sent a silver one, returned it cost me £1.08. not received other yet 4 weeeks on, will i get it at all....

I bought a K770 cover. It was delivery damaged. I sent the item back, 2 weeks later I received a replacement cover- which was also damaged- It had clearly been sent out damaged as the packaging was fine. I returned this but now they won't give me a refund or reply to my emails. SO I am out of pocket for cover & 2 lots of postage.

i have bought a charger and i still havent recieved it in 5 days

The item description was not very accurate so buy from this seller at ur own risk! Maybe i was just unlucky but i ordered a red housing which was not red but off colour purple and the numbers and letters on the keypad were duplicated meaning sum letters and numbers were the same on different keys! In all fairness the delivery and comunication were good an they offered me an exchange but if they are selling these sort of goods then i dont think these faults are acceptable even tho they are cheap price so i chose to purchase else where. theyoffered

Purchase the item and it was delivered the next day, can't fault them

I dont understand if what u guys are saying is true then how come he is rated as 99.2% positive feedback!!

i have had no problems with my purchase at all in fact communica good speedy service and when i requested an extra item they sent it out and trusted me to pay for it not many would do that in this day and age all i can say is keep up the good work stuart,many thanks the mad welsh woman jo.

The charger I ordered didn't come for a while - I emailed them to let them know and they advised to wait till 15 days are up. The charger arrived and I am very pleased, with the goods, with the price, and with the communications. They ask people to let them know if there's a problem and responded very well when I got in touch.
