Greetings, My name is Jason, and I run a small online shop with my wife Serenity. We have been selling online since 2003, but only moved into Ebay in 2009.

We currenly accept payment on Ebay via Paypal and credit cards through Paypal only. We used to have a merchant services provider, but found it to be more of a hastle than it was worth. Paypal can do the exact same thing with less hassle for us.

We ship anywhere at any speed, as long as you are willing to pay for it. Currently not all of our items have the Get it Fast option, but we will be adding it. 95% of our items ship out the same or next day (typically same day if the order is received before 2PM EST). We are not perfect, every once in a while we may list something that we do not currently have in stock. If this happens, we will fix it as best we can, and usually the transaction will end up going in your favor (extra items, etc). We do combine shipping for most items. Typically it is the cost of the most expensive to ship item plus $0.50 for each additional item. In addition, we self-insure all shipments within the USA. What this means is that if tracking information does not show your package arriving within 14 days of shipment, we will refund your payment or resend an identical item. This does not cover damage to your item, so you may want to consider purchasing insurance to cover that.

Any non-perishable item can be returned within 14 days of receipt for no questions asked full refund. It MUST be returned in the same condition in which it was sent. If something arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the situation.
