As a seller, I always try to treat each buyer the same way I would like to be treated. I always personally email the winning bidder at the close of the auction. I send another personal email to let them know I am shipping and include the USPS Tracking Number. I also ALWAYS leave feedback for the buyer as soon as the item is shipped. And, if I have samples available, I always try to include free sample. I strive to provide personal service to each and every buyer. I want their eBay experience with me to be a pleasant one.
