eBay My World: teriandarmand( 25)

I first came to eBay looking for shoes that would fit my 12 year old twin daughters. It was hard to find them cute shoes locally that fit. Thank heaven for eBay. My husband does his best to remind us it’s not Christmas all year long.

All the things I buy for my girls are in women’s or junior sizes. Shoes: 11-13. Tops, or dresses: XL-XXL(it depends on the fit.) Bottoms, or skirts: 12-15(angles jeans in 17’s) or XL-XXL. I look for things that sparkle or shine. Take a look at my past purchases if you like.

I just seem to collect books. I read fantasy, but the book would have to be one I would read over again. Oh, and pictures of my children … ;) And I guess friends as they come along… :)

I just took up gardening, so I am trying to learn how not to kill vegetables and flowers.

The list is too long for here...Epic Fantasy, and light historical romance...something that makes me laugh...oh, and now gardening books.

Comedies, historical dramas, fantasy, and some action movies. Will Farrell crack’s me up. I don’t think I have seen a Hugh Jackman film that I didn’t like. I am sure that there are many others that just don’t come to mind right now. My family always sees Harry Potter when it comes out in the theatres. I really liked The Lord of the Rings, but I wasn’t really happy with the new Star Wars films. I’m 36 and I remember the originals in the theatres. I don’t think the experience could have been matched. Oh, and old musicals. I have great memories of watching them at my grandparent’s house when I was a little girl…let me know if you have any similar interests.

Tears for Fears (my first concert), Janet Jackson, U2, Tori Amos, Enya, Christina Aguilera, James Blunt, Macy Gray, Black Eyed Peas, Sheryl Crow, Jill Scott, Nora Jones, Daniel Powter, Train, George Michael, Fatboy Slim, Howard Jones, Alanis Morissette, Dido, Annie Lennox, Minnie Driver( yes she did make an album.), Peter Gabriel, Sinead O’Connor, and there are a bunch more but I am tired of just listing names…I mean will anyone read this whole list? If so, then you can let me know if you think there is someone that I really should try.

Journeyman, Reaper, Ghost Whisper, Battle star Galactica, King of Queens, ‘till Death, Burn Notice, Psych, ….there were some shows that I watched before they were canceled: Dead like me, The 4400, (and now that I am trying to remember my brain pulls a blank…let me know if you think a show is really great…but, for the most part I don’t watch cop shows.

Maybe someday I will actually sell something on eBay instead of buying. If anyone wants to share how they got started, or their ups and downs, or any words of wisdom I would be happy to hear whatever you could share. I could file it as good to know research so that I would have it for the day I do decide to take the great plunge. I am just curious about one thing; after all of the fees do you have a good profit margin. What do you consider a good profit margin, and how did you learn to sell on eBay?
