Our company, Punkin Products, was conceived on February 14th, 2004. Valentine’s Day! On June 4th, 2004 our “Little Punkin” became a registered citizen of Minnesota, ready to pay taxes.
Our mission is to meet customers' unique needs for safe baby and pet gates, and to ensure customer satisfaction.
We accomplish our mission by doing the following:
Selling high quality products.
Advising customers on gate features that will meet their unique needs.
Responding to customer questions promptly.
Providing quick delivery.
Keeping prices low.
Cheerfully accepting returns.
Providing a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
Payment policy
We accept Pay Pal, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks.
Shipping information
We ship promptly upon receipt of payment to addresses in contiguous 48 states, using UPS or Fed Ex Ground. Insurance included. (APOs, Alaska and Hawaii please contact us for rates at teri@punkinproducts.com) Items are usually received by buyer within 7 business days of Pay Pal or Credit Card pmt. Return policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchases, but if you're not satisfied, return in original carton and condition for a refund of your payment minus shipping and handling.
