I'm a working mom with 4 kids, and a wonderful husband who works part-time so he can be home with the kids too. I began as a seller's assistant in late 2004, then branched out on my own in 2006, making a little extra money for family vacations, etc.

I began as a seller's assistant for a good friend in 2004, and had a blast doing it (you could say I was hooked). I enjoy hunting for great bargains - and when something doesn't fit me (or my husband would kill me for that extra pair of shoes), it's almost disappointing to put it back! So I started my own ebay business in 2006, selling those items I can't keep, but that meet my own personal standard of quality! Prices for my items are as low as reasonable - so my customers are getting a bargain too. I stick to what I know - high-quality clothes and shoes that you'd find at Nordstrom's or Saks, for the most part - although I occasionally run across some collectible I can determine is authentic. I've purchased many items from ebay over the years, and I've learned that the best way to treat my customers is exactly as I'd want to be treated myself - reasonable prices, shipping costs that make sense, good communication after the sale, and fast delivery.
Payment policy
I prefer PayPal - fewer problems - but money order is ok too. NO personal checks, please don't ask.
Shipping information
For US and Canada I always ship USPS Priority Mail. I will consider faster shipping, or UPS/Fedex if asked, but obviously the price will be different. International orders are a bit different, both in payment and shipping, but again I prefer Priority Mail - after all, we all want to close our deal as quickly as we can! I generally ship within 2 days of payment, so you'll receive your item in about a week. If you need it faster - I don't charge extra for faster handling, I just need to be notified! I sometimes offer media or first-class rates for books too. Be sure to check my listings to see if an alternate shipping method is listed - and when in doubt, ask. I love emails!
Return policy
I accept returns within 7 days of receipt of item. (Yes, that's 7 days to contact me - not 7 days to get it back to me!) Since I can't recoup some of my ebay fees and other costs, I charge a 15% restocking fee on final value, UNLESS the problem is on my end. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. It won't be a problem though, since I guarantee you'll love what you buy from me!

Trust and Safety
eBay's recent changes to feedback have hurt my feedback score. I STILL have a 100% feedback rating as a SELLER. (One neutral as a buyer, retaliation from a seller, brough the overall score down) Read the comments I've earned as a seller - I'm trustworthy, friendly, and easy to work with. I hope you'll be my next satisfied customer!
