We have over 35 years of combined retail sales as well as over 10 years shipping and handling experience without a lost or damaged item in transit.Over 8 years in pre-owned merchandise and collectibles. On eBay since 2006. I am disabled for life and must visit Dr.s regularly for Pain Management and if I am unable to perform necessary tasks, my wife certainly will handle anything needed. This is a partnership with us.
Payment policy
PayPal is the only method we can accept due to the changes in eBay policies. The amount we charge for shipping is exactly what we pay or less. We insure most items for free. You can verify that we only charge actual shipping fees. We never add-on, charge handling charges or charge for insuring your item.
Shipping information
We ship within 1 BUSINESS DAY of receiving notification of cleared payment from PayPal. We pack items very carefully and provide insurance to protect everyone. All items ship for the actual amount we must pay the carrier. We never add-on for combining orders, packing materials, or fuel to go to the post office or UPS. If a customer is ever over-charged for shipping we always issue a refund at the time we print the label.
Return policy
We have a policy of accepting returns for items that are obviously described incorrectly with a full refund including all shipping fees. Buyer must first obtain an RA# prior to returning an item. See the details in our listings for complete information and limits on returns.
