In our descriptions, we will note what you are bidding on, wether be open box, sealed box, etc. We purchase a number of items that are returns,close outs or discontinued. All of the items are inspected and tested to the best of our ability, and if we feel that item should not be sold, we don't place in our store, new or used. Some of the items will have defects, and we will state in our description, as in scratches or dents. If some of the items need repair parts ordered, we will do so from the manufacture at our cost, and will replace those items before or after the sale. In the event you are not satisfied with our products after recieving, please send us an email and we make arrangements for item to be returned or picked up. Please allow 2 days for scheduling. First Time Buyers: Please read description very carefully before bidding.
