I have, thanks to eBay, one of the best collections of Civil War medals, swords, and assorted stuff. 90% is on display in a local museum.

I've been on eBay since 2000 and have an excellent rating. I was recently given negative feedback even after offering a 100% refund to the client. He claimed that I hadn't responded to his claim even though I responded throuigh eBay seven hours earlier. eBay's feedback system doesn't allow from a retraction, unless its eBay motrs, of a unwarranted claim.
