Have not bought a bed, yet... But I can say the customer service is awesome. Actually has a phone number and he actually answers the phone. Spent a lot of time with me discussing different beds and which would be a good fit and was completely upfront on what the beds consisted of. Most sellers i have contacted are very vague on density and how much of it there is in what layer. A+ just on the customer service from spmepne who has not even bought a bed.
