I am an ex teacher and am happily married. Most of our children (well half of them) have left home leaving us with just 2 to go. Once they have gone we will be gone as well, and as my husband has just retired we can tour Europe in our motor home.

AS LONG AS THE ITEM IS FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED AND IT IS RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECIEPT. I WILL REPLACE WHEREVER POSSIBLE AND IF NOT I WILL REFUND. RETURN POSTAGE TO BE COVERED BY THE BUYER.

If an item is faulty then please contact me before leaving feedback and I will do what I can for you. 1: It's polite and 2: It is an eBay rule to contact the seller before leaving negative or neutral feedback. 3: It stops any problems from happening. You also have the option to claim through PayPal for any item damaged or anything else. This is my preferred method of returns as both parties are covered by PayPal's rules and administration. I will also handle a return on a one to one basis through the eBay messaging service. It is advisable to return the item via Signed For as this will give you proof of me getting the goods back. EBay can handle most disputes but PayPal is better if you have paid through PayPal, if not then please use eBay's returns policy.
