All of our items ship via USPS. Individual games ship First Class. Most of our other items will allow you to choose the shipping method you prefer. We also offer insurance on every purchase. Every order ships with a delivery confirmation for tracking. If, after 72 hours you have not received your tracking number, contact us through eBay's messaging system (include your address in the message) and we will send you your tracking number.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will try our best to make you happy. Any item (unless stated in the auction) is eligible for a full refund as long as you contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We require that the item must be returned to us in order to receive a refund. Once we receive the returned item we will refund you the amount you paid for the item minus shipping costs. If you have an issue with something you bought from us, contact us and we will try to resolve the issue promptly.

If you bid on any of our auctions, please make sure you do so with the intent to pay for the item should you win the auction. We will not tolerate non paying bidders; every auction we list requires that payment is made within 48 hours. After 24 hours we will notify you that you have won the auction, after 48 hours the item will either be re-listed or offered to the next highest bidder. Do NOT pay for an item after 48 hours have passed. Non paying bidders cost sellers money on various fees and will be reported to eBay.
