We buy 4 or 5 times a year from a domestic USA producer and resell fabric in Mexico, the Caribbean and in the USA through Ebay and direct to other small users. We store, pull, roll and ship each order personally, so I've touched every yard of fabric we you have received. We take a lot of pride in making sure you are happy with your purchase. Because we are a small company we like dealing direct with customers and helping find what they need. As most of you know, we ship samples for free and are happy to keep sending samples until you find what you need. We realize the only thing that seperates us from others is how you feel at the end of the transaction. Thanks for thinking of us when you need fabric and thanks for all of your positive feedback. We accept paypal and credit cards by phone. We do allow for customer pick ups at which time items may be also be paid with cash or money order. Sorry, no walk through shopping except during our two yearly warehouse sales. We ship Monday through Friday via UPS or DHL. We will notify you by email with a tracking # when your item is processed for shipping. We do not ship through USPS except for some international locations. International shipping of fabric is expensive and there are duties and import taxes that will be assesed by the government of the importing country, please take time to check on these costs before buying. We ship international by either UPS or USPS, email us for quotes, please include your city, province or state, postal code and country.

100% money back (cost of item plus shipping). We will also arrange for DHL or UPS to pick up from your location, making returns much easier for our customers.
