FYI is a little long since: We are liquidating our Living Estate, Great Deals for You. Items Purchased from Estate Sales, Yard Sales, Flea Markets, Auctions and sometimes found in purchasing the contents of a whole house over the 40 years of buying, selling and collecting for ourselves. We are always thinking of being the Ultimate Recyclers, we try to find a Home for everything I purchased or clean out, We have always kept something out of every estate Homes. Now I have been sick for the last 3+ yrs, battling cancer. We have spent more time in hospitals, than with family. When I started down this road, they gave me 10+ yrs, in Dec of 2019 it will have been 4 yrs. I know that I could have more than 10 years, but then something happens. My sister passed on March 1st, 2019 and she was told that she had cancer in December of 2019, as far as I know. Dead in less than 3 months. So now I look at things differently, the cost of all these treatments, co-pays, insurance, time from family and friends, what time do we have left? So we/I have been forced, in working more on downsizing, during my waking hours. From 4400 sq ft to 1200, selling collections of collections, hope I have time and you have an enjoyable time bidding and purchasing items. We have always hated to throw history away, it all has a Story, Character, Charm and could be worth displaying or restoring if need be. Start them low at auction with no reserves, but once it rolls into the shop, prices go up and a buyer will have to buy it or Make an Offer. Even with the USPS rates going up, you can still save on gas, shop at home and have it shipped to your door. And where else, can you get more than a one liner for a description. I want to tell you everything I see, so it feels like your looking it over. Possibly more photos than you care to look at. Some, even being a puzzle, you might have to figure it out.

The item arrived safely, and well packaged, and is exactly as described. The seller miscalculated shipping costs but held up their end of the deal with integrity earning kudos and shipped telling me of their extra costs after the fact. The seller also described the item as mint but at the conclusion of the auction notified me of a chip. Bummer, but OK. I wish the deal had worked well both ways. Would buy from them again but work to nail down shipping costs and item description. Good people.
