I usually ship within 2 business days, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. n I will ship when payment clears. usually 2 business days, I ship by US Mail - Priority, Parcel, Media, or 1st Class. or ups I charge actual postage plus delivery confirmation on all auction items of receiving payment ,you will receive a tracking number, and Insurance is required.

Returns are accepted,unless otherwise states, but you MUST notify me prior to, you must receive an authorization number. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is my goal. Being in business for over 10 years. I have built a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. When item is Returned in ORIGINAL packaging, you will receive a full refund of auction price., But your return postage will NOT be refunded.
