didnt get the right charger the first time, but the support staff was very helpful and got me the right charger very quickly. i will buy from you again

Order was placed using Son's address. He shipped to my address. Emailed to him, allowing him to correct the issue at his cost, since I didn't make the error. Responded to me that hi doesn't have time to check the orders before they are sent out. He advertizes that you should email him to allow him a chance to make you happy, but all I got was an excuse regarding his inability to properly ship an item, and no happy ending. He may be a good ebayer, but his method of dealing with this order didn't show it. Shipping may had been free, but it will cost me to re-ship it, making it no real bargain. Might order from him in the future, unless another seler comes close in matching price. He will remain my alternate choice when ordering. Time may repair this.

Was very fortunate to find my item at a discount price. Walmart and others wanted too much for it and I found it on here for a great value. A ac adapter was what I got and was resonably priced.

Thanks for the great deal! My DH was using my old PINK Chocolate charger much to his chagrin. The BLACK charger works like it should. I'll keep you in mind when I'm in the market for cell phone accessories and items.
