We have been in business for 22 years in our Akron, Ohio, retail educational supply store. Every item we sell online is already a proven favorite in the store. Our retail store holds thousands of quality products and our staff is knowledgeable on all of them. We serve teachers, parents, churches, and preschools - but some of our best customers are grandparents, aunts, and uncles! We are a family owned and operated business and our hearts are in education. After so many years, most of our customers seem like family!

Payment is required within 3 days of purchase. We only accept PayPal payments. Ohio residents will be charged with 6.5% sales tax.

We strive to ship every item we sell as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we have no control over what happens to a package once it leaves our facilities. The majority of domestic packages will arrive within 2-10 business days. It is a rare occurrence but occasionally packages will be lost through USPS. We do combine shipping whenever possible. All items must be paid for with a single payment for the combined shipping rate. You will be charged the full shipping charge for each item if separate payments are made. No International shipping. Insurance is optional for purchases under $50 and required for purchases of $50 and up. The delivery confirmation number by USPS does not track the package's progress, and is often now updated until the package has been delivered. We will work with you to resolve the issue, but we cannot file a claim for a lost package until 30 days have passed. By purchasing an item from us, you agree to allow 30 days for your package to arrive.

To an item, please email us for prior approval. We only accept returns for items that have been unopened, and must be requested within 2 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees both ways. When the item is received, you will be issued a merchandise credit for our store. If the item was damaged in shipping please save all shipping materials, and we will start the insurance claim process if insurance was purchased. If the item is damaged or lost during shipping, and shipping insurance was not purchased, we will not provide a refund for that purchase. The policies on this page supersede any general policies on individual listings unless otherwise stated.
