I began selling plants and seeds from my gardens when I realized my plants had produced more than I could ever use. I love acquiring new, unique plants for my small yard. My entire yard is a garden, crammed full of exotic plants. So when I acquire a new plant, I must get rid of an old one. Some plants reproduce quickly, so I'm always thinning out. I was sick for quite a while, so now my sales help pay the medical bills incurred. Thank you to all of you who have helped me pay down the doctors and hospital by buying from The Butterfly Ranch.

I prefer Paypal. My paypal account accepts debit and credit cards.

I try to ship expeditiously. I ship at least once a week, usually twice a week. If it's an emergency, I will try to ship immediately, but please inquire before bidding. I do have some health problems that have landed me in the hospital, so if you don't receive your item from me within two weeks, it's possible I may be there again. So please be patient. I will email you when I ship your item so you'll know to be on the lookout for it. I do discount shipping on multiple auctions when possible. Sometimes, it's not possible due to the quantity or size of the items. I may not have a box big enough to fit them all in. So please let me know what you wish to combine before you bid and I can give you a shipping estimate.

All items are sold as is. I inspect and pack everything that I ship myself. And I double check to be sure all items are included and all are in good condition. Occasionally I do make a mistake, so if it happens on your order, please email me so I can correct it. I don't often accept returns unless I've sent an item that did not meet my description in the auction. I am also not responsible for the way the shipping company handles the package. Once I leave the package with the post office, UPS, Fed X, or DHL, it's up to them to take care of it. 99% of the packages I ship are in great condition when they are received. Usually if they are not, insurance (if bought) will cover it. So if you want insurance, please ask for it.

Naturally I want to make some money off my items, but I also want you to be happy with what you've received from me. If you are unhappy with something you've received from me, please let me know. Also, if you receive a package damaged in shipping in any way, even if the items are ok, please let me know. If one shipper repeatedly destroys my packages, I will quit shipping thru that shipper. But I won't know unless you guys let me know. I really want to deliver good quality items at reasonable prices, and I want you to be happy with what you get.
