I worked in the retail world for almost 15 years and customer service is very important to me. I am always thrilled when I have repeat customers. I will do everything I can to make your shopping experience pleasurable.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. I prefer PayPal as payment. I will also accept a Money Order or a Cashier's Check. I will accept a personal check but shipment may be delayed until the check clears which may take up to 10 days. International sales MUST be PayPal. Please contact me within 3 days from close of auction and payment must be received within 10 days from close of auction. Non-paying bidders will be reported.

I am always glad to combine shipping for additional items when possible. I will ship all items within 1 business day of receipt of payment. There are times that shipment is within 2-3 business days when I need to have the item shipped by a professional shipper. These items will be marked with this information when possible and there will be an additional handling charge included with these items for this service.

I am an eBay Trading Assistant so often times I am selling things that I know little about. I do research these items and ask questions of the consignee when possible. The descriptions I give are always true to the best of my knowledge based on this research. Refunds will be made at my discretion, but only for the expense of the item, and will not include any shipping and handling costs. Items will be eligible for a refund only if there is a significant and/or gross error in the description.
