I'm a fine artist. I design and hand craft jewelry, paintings, drawings, prints, ceramics and sculpture. My artwork is more traditional in style, but I do not confine myself to traditional, I explore many styles.

At the moment, I am selling jewelry. I will be listing original prints (etchings, wood block, etc.) and prints of my paintings. I will also be selling drawings and sculpture. But first, my jewelry has to be successful on ebay or I will have to open an online gallery. (I plan an online gallery anyway)

My policy is basically be honest. It is important to me that my customers be happy. There are some things that ebay does that I am unhappy with. For instance, double dipping - they charge double for insertion when you have a reserve. This is two charges for one thing! So I try to use handling fees instead of a reserve. But I just found out that ebay does not show handling fees to buyers when I've gone to the trouble of figuring out what will cover my item if it goes for 1 cent. So I am now telling people on my listings what my handling fee is. I am hoping it will not put people off buying my items, but I refuse to pay twice for one thing, and I want to get a fair price for my item. Ebay needs to change either their handling fee listing policy or their double dipping for insertion fees. You may not see me on here much longer if ebay continues these unfair practices.

I will insure high-priced items and ship for free with a basic service. Other shipping will be available to the buyer if the buyer chooses to pay. There will be handling fees for all items, some fees will be higher, to cover the actual cost of the item were there is no reserve. In these cases, the buy it now price will be quite low.

For returnable items, buyer pays return shipping. There will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the sale price. Handling charges will not be refunded except when the item was listed without a reserve, in this case the same restocking charges apply. In all cases, returns must be in the exact condition as sold without any damage, repairs or replacements. Rarely, returns of items damaged while in the buyers possession may be considered, depending upon the damage, at a reduced refund to reflect loss of value, the buyer must contact seller regarding this before returning. All returns must be made within 3 business days of reciept of item. If this is not possible, contact the seller within that time limit to discuss options. Items should be insured for return as the seller will not refund items lost or damaged in shipping. Items will be inspected upon return for damage and refunds of undamaged, unaltered items will be deposited within 24 hrs of passing inspection to buyers paypal account.
