On 4 occasions, we sold musical instruments. Described honestly and in perfect working condition. They were returned after the buyers managed to break the items. We honored their requests but were disturbed that this had all happened. Since we do describe honestly, we have had to change our return policy. We are not out to cheat anyone. As for postage, if I charge too much, I will send a refund if over a dollar. If I don't charge enough, then my treat. I have even sent money to a seller that didn't charge near enough. He needed more money and I sent it to him. It was a substantial amount. You can bid with confidence. And, please ask any and all questions you may have. I have a situation now where a man bought a banjo. He said it didn't suit his needs. I told him to read our policy. He then came back with a low sound and tinny tone. Having played this banjo, I know it had what I described. I do feel bad, but I can't honor his return request. I hate to have bad feelings
