2 of 2 found this helpful Listen, people. If you have the original Super Mario All-Stars for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, you are not missing out on much. The Soundtrack and history booklet are interesting, but not worth it if you are not a die-hard Mario fan... like I am, ESPECIALLY if you already have it for Super Nintendo.
That being said, it's awesome! You have all three of the original Super Mario Bros. games PLUS Super Mario Bros.: the Lost Levels, a game rarely seen in the Western hemisphere, and NEVER before the original Super Mario All-Stars. Not only that, but each game is upgraded to 16-bit graphics and sound, just like the original All-Stars. All in all, Super Mario All-Stars is a great way to get re-acquainted with the original Super Mario games you grown up playing and loving. Nostalgia.
