My name is Charles Hanna and I have owned and operated a vending company in Lenexa, Kansas (A suburb of Kansas City) since 1976. I am the author of the book titled: THE VENDING INDUSTRY - History, Trends, Secrets, Opportunities & Scams.

I have owned and operated the largest family full service vending operation and equipment sales center in the greater Kansas City area since 1976. I recently sold my local full service operation and now focus on equipment sales locally, nationally and internationally. We buy, sell & exchange new, used and antique vending and related equipment. We offer 100's of varieties. I am the author of the book titled: THE VENDING INDUSTRY: History, Trends, Secrets, Opportunities & Scams. I also published: THE WORLD'S FIRST VENDING MACHINE PRICE CATALOG. The only 52 page color catalog to help vendors identify approximate prices of vending and related equipment. I was born in Jamaica to lebanese parents and came to America 30 years ago and started out from very humble beginings and quickly built a very successful business with much hard work and dedicated customer service. We are a family owned operation. I was recently diagnosed with cancer and decided to slow down a bit and enjoy life more!

PAYMENT: We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept personal and business checks and cash on delivery if it is a local pick up, unless other arrangements were made prior to pick up. Payment must be made within 24 hours. After 48 hours the item will be re-listed, unless you contact me first.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING: Most items shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise specified, except Weekends. Some items that are being shipped direct from our production plant may need as long as one to two weeks unless specified prior to shipping. Used items may sometimes take as long as one week or two weeks if we are arranging the packaging, palletizing and shipping arrangements. Shipping insurance should never be assumed to be automatically added. The seller will not be responsible for any breakage or loss through the mail/shipping system. If damage or loss occurs, the seller will provide the buyer with the appropriate information to assist their claim with the USPS, Yellow Freight or other shipping entity. No Refunds will be given on damaged items. Flat domestic shipping rates only include the Continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii may be extra. REFUNDS & RETURNS: All used items are sold “as is” unless stated otherwise. If you are unhappy with the item, and want a refund, notify the seller via email immediately with the reason for the return. If a return is approved by the seller, the item must be returned in the same condition as originally sent. All return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. A refund will be provided by the seller less original shipping costs. Requests for returns are extremely rare, but the following policies apply to any request. In most cases, returns on new and unused and unopened items are accepted. Customer remains responsible for shipping charges both ways and a restocking fee of 25%. Some items which are shipped brand new direct from the manufacturer are not returnable. We only work with reputable companies.
