By mistake they sent one of them the wrong one, but they immediately responded to me and sent me several emails to verify the shape and mistake. Then they shipped the correct one immediately and they didn’t even wait for me to send back the wrong item. This shows their level of trust and decency. Purchase of items was easy, very reasonable price, fast shipping from USA to Australia and the correct parts were sent, however... The box that the two items was in was badly damaged during shipping and when it was opened one of the boxes that contained the strut was also damaged as was the strut itself. It certainly didn't help that the strut in the Sachs box itself (from factory) was not secured in any way, no packing material, nothing.
