The seller purchased the shipping label the day I purchased the items, but didn't actually ship until 12 days later. I contacted the seller twice about this issue and had to wait until after the expected delivery date and open a claim with eBay before the seller actually mailed it. This items were advertised as new and unopened, but all 4 boxes I purchased had the tape seals cut. Poor customer service and a disappointing experience.
