Shipping - International We ship most items outside of the US, please check the auction page for availability. International orders ship via USPS Air Parcel Post or Global Express Mail, except in the case of very large keyboards to Canada, which ship UPS. The shipping rates will be quoted in the auction if available to ship to your country, tracking information will always be provided. Local taxes and duties are likely to apply, buyer is responsible for any additional costs. We have a full money-back guarantee on unopened packages returned within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be granted if the product is in the original, shrink-wrapped carton along with the original sales receipt, all original packaging, warranties, and accessories. Software products can only be returned if the shrinkwrap is intact and the software packaging has not been opened. If a product is defective, or appears to have been damaged in transit, it can be returned for replacement or exchange for another product of equal value. We will inspect all returned merchandise and may refuse a refund or assess a charge for returned materials which are used or incomplete. If we accept back open product we will charge a 20% restocking fee. We do not provide refunds for shipping charges.
