About us
The Modern Scavenger is a completely independent side hobby/business that I do in my spare time to generate funds for photography gear or other random art projects. Almost everything sold here is sourced from garage sales, thrift stores, or Facebook Marketplace.
I look at this store as a method of rescuing items for people that really want or need them. Too often I see items from thrifts/garage sales either get destroyed or ultimately discarded. It's nice to know that these items are getting a second or even a third life.
