In stock merchandise is generally shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement. We ship via US Mail or UPS, depending upon what the customer prefers and pricing restrictions.

We believe we're more than fair when it comes to refunds, offering a 21-day return policy. Unfortunately, we've come to realize that some people are now taking advantage of our refund policy by returning merchandise they damaged and/or sending back merchandise without our authorization. As of February 2004, we are now instituting a 15% restock fee for all returns no matter the reason for the item's return. Furthermore, we do not refund shipping fees under any circumstances. Please be aware of this policy before placing an order with us.
