All items ship via the United States Parcel Service. Shipments are typically made within 1-5 days of receipt and clearing of payment, unless otherwise stated. We ship via Priority mail and First Class mail. Free delivery confirmation is included on all shipments to the US. Combined shipping is regular price for the first item and each additional item won within 7 days is combined and discounted. For International Buyers: Insurance is unavailable on USPS global priority mail shipments. We ship via Global Priority mail or Airmail. Global Express is available upon request. An additional fee applies to Global Express shipments. Transit times may vary from official times due to your country’s customs and postal offices (4-7 days).

Returns/Exchange Policy: Refunds will be accepted if the item was grossly misrepresented or defective. This does not include defects occurring during shipment. In this case we will exchange the item for a like item, or a refund for the actual winning bid will be made including shipping costs. It is to our discretion whether it is an exchange or a refund that will be issued. Refunds in the event that the buyer is unhappy with the item for any other reason will be accepted. In this case, the item must returned to us at buyers cost within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is to include a copy of their invoice with the return. Item to be returned in same condition as recieved in original packing materials. When the item is received, a refund for the winning bid only, minus a 25% restocking fee will be issued to buyer or an exchange for like items will be made. It is to our discretion whether it is an exchange or a refund. Items returned without invoices will be returned to the sender.
