The Music Center WPB is a Family owned and operated Musical instrument store located in beautiful West Palm Beach Florida. We are an Authorized Dealer for all new products. We do not sell Manufactured defects, B-Stock items, or Seconds. Our staff of Three have been involved in the music industry for well over 20 years in all aspects from Performance and Set Up to Installation and Sales. The Store is Owned by Vickie and Operated by her son Shawn. We also have a multi-talented on site Recording Engineer named Patrick who is also designing our on-line Website. We started our eBay store in October of 2006 and have enjoyed all the success it has brought. We hope to continue our successful business practices that helps us survive amongst the Super stores to our on line operations. We will ship your order either UPS, Federal Express, or USPS whichever is quickest and most cost effective. Depending upon where you reside, shipping options and weather conditions you will generally receive your order within 1-5 business days. In order to expedite your order we may Drop Ship an item you purchase unless you specify otherwise. When we Drop Ship an item this means we will ship your order directly from a manufacturer or our affiliate warehouse that may be closer to your destination.

The Music Center WPB wants everyone to be satisfied with their purchase. It is our policy to handle merchandise returns, exchanges and warranty repairs as courteously as possible so that all your shopping at The Music Center WPB will be pleasant. The following mandatory conditions must be followed, however, to ensure your eligibility for returning or exchanging. 1. The return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving it. 2. Return in the original box(es), including all internal packing materials. 3. Return all instruction manuals, manufacturer's information, and BLANK WARRANTY CARDS (do not complete the cards until you are certain it is working correctly, 3-5 days is a good test period.) 4. Refunds will be made by mail, usually within 10 business days of the return date.
