This item was listed as New. When I received the item and opened the box, I found the laser module packaging was opened and there were marks on the gantry where it has been assembled, the screen is bad and the fire sensor does not work. It appears these sellers are selling factory refurbished items and not "New" as decribed. The customer service is extremely slow to repsond and has not yet adressed the issues I have. The customer service contact is the the same as the seller here.

All the mail carriers wanted more to ship the item back to the seller than what I had initially paid for it. I was told if the paid for the return i would only get a partial refund or i had the option of just selling it myself. This item was never opened or unpacked. will not do business with this seller ever again. It impossible to return these items for any reason.
