I've been a member of Ebay for quite sometime, but only as a casual buyer. As a seller, my goal is to lean heavily on the foundation of commitment to customer service above all else. Although I have yet to really find that one product line that suits me best, I know that will come in time; but for now I'm trying to improve the system and make my name name and reputation synonymous with customer satisfaction. I want the name, ThePhoenix45, to be the first in the minds of all ebayer's when they think of quality, dependability, service and satisfaction all at the lowest prices. I will go to any length to receive and maintain that reputation. I believe in the world today true customer service has nearly died relative to the glory days of retail merchandising and I'm determined to revive this lost art. As a customer myself I prefer doing business with someone dedicated to their customers and deals with them personally, not automations, instead of just trying to make a quick buck.
Payment policy
• Immediate payment is preferred, however all payments must be received within 7 days after auction ends.
• Failure to pay will result in a Non-Paying Bidder Alert being filed with Ebay.
• Paypal, credit cards through Ebay or Paypal), Money Order's and Cashier’s Checks are accepted. Paypal is preferred as it is the most convenient.
• Buyers can pay with any major credit card through Paypal or Ebay.
• All prices are in U.S. Dollars and only U.S. funds will be accepted.
Shipping information
• All items will be shipped same day, next day or the following Monday depending on the time payment has been received, day of the week, shipping method, etc.
• Items will not be shipped until payment has been received.
• Buyer assumes all risk for lost of damaged items unless insurance is purchased. (Shipping Insurance is highly recommended)
• All shipment prices are based on item weight and buyer preferences on shipping method.
• U.S. shipments only, international orders are available upon request and approval of seller.
• Seller can not be held liable for mistakes and/or misuse of products by the Post Office or any delivery service.
Return policy
• All sales are final.
• Returns will only be accepted under special circumstances with seller’s approval.
• Refunds will only be given under special circumstances with seller’s approval, while all sales are considered final. In rare cases involving a refund, refunds will only be given through paypal.
• If a refund is granted, please allow 10 days after item has been returned to receive the refund.
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping & insurance charges if item is returned, and delivery conformation is recommended.
• Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
