The Purple Turtle was once a brick and mortar store in a small New England town. When I started selling on eBay as a sideline it quickly took over all my time, focus and space. The store became a distraction and I closed it! This eBay store is no longer a sideline, it is what I do full time. Accordingly, I am able to offer personal, responsive customer service. I check and answer e-mails several times a day. I ship every day that there is shipping available (every day but Sundays and holidays). I am proud of my feedback score and my rapid delivery record. Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase, unless arrangements have been made. Let me know if you are bidding on a later item and wish to combine shipping. In this case, it is better if you hold payment until you have finished shopping and have received a combined invoice with discounted shipping. I prefer paypal but I will accept money orders and checks. Please contact me if you are mailing payment so I know when to expect it. International buyers use paypal only, please.

I ship daily (excluding Sundays and holidays), usually within 24 hours of cleared payment. Yes, I will gladly combine shipping. Additional items cost just $2.00 each for shipping & handling (heaviest first). All domestic packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. International packages can be shipped via First Class International mail as long as they weigh less than 4 pounds. Packages weighing over 4 pounds must be shipped via International Priority or International Express Mail.

It is my intention that you be delighted with your purchase, not disappointed. I will examine items and measure carefully to minimize your risk. If you are not happy with your purchase because of something I missed, you may expect a full refund, including shipping. If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you will have your purchase price refunded (not shipping) or you may have store credit on another purchase with shipping discounted.
