We mainly ship via UPS, shipping insurance is included within the shipping charges for windows. Small items are shipped priority mail. We will also use to priority mail flat rate box when the items fit to cut down on shipping cost.

We accept returns within 7 days of receit, buyer pays for return shipping. Please let us know when you plan on returning an item so that we may watch for it. Refunds are refunded by the same method that you paid. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
