The Spitting Llama Bookstore and Outfitter was founded in Cochabamba, Bolivia in in March, 2007. We opened a second store in Copacabana, Bolivia in Febraury 2008. It is owned by Rommy Cornejo Diaz and David Holman. We are the only foreign language bookstore and antique bookstore in Bolivia. We also specialize in camping, trekking, and travel equipment. We specialize in Lonely Planet books which we distribute across the region. We specialize in fair trade imports from Bolivia especially alpaca wool hats, mittens, gloves, scarves, shawls, and sweaters. We also import fair trade organic coffee and Amazonian basketry.
