I had been using Cetaphil which is supposed to be very gentle on skin but I could not get rid of cystic acne that kept popping up. I used several other products on my skin but it wasn't until I gave this face wash a try that my skin cleared right up! What's funny is that Cetaphil is for sensitive skin but was breaking me out, and this PTR cleansing gel is not for sensitive skin and it cleared me up! Go figure. But I'm happy with it! It's a tad drying, so be sure to moisturize.
