I am just me. Plain and simple. I don't try to hurts others, as I don't want to be hurt. I take this Ebay as a job. I wouldn't do it if I didn't like it.

This is my third job. My family is #1. They always will be! Then I work outside of the home. Ebay is my fun job. I love meeting new NICE people. I don't snap at people, so please don't snap at me. I try my best. Sometimes things just happen beyond my control.

When I get your payment for the item you won, I will ship out within three (3) days after I get the payment. With gas prices, I won't just run out without a few items. I don't ship out on weekends....this means Friday, Saturday, or Sundays. No Holidays either! I usually ship USPS, but I have shipped other ways. No promise which way or which service will be used!

There should be no reason to re-turn my items! IF it does come down to a return, you will #1 contact me right away. #2 pay to ship my original item back to me. #3 When I get the original item, I will Pay-pal you back the cost of the item.

On glass items insurance is a must! Other items are optional. However, I really think everyone should buy insurance for everything! Things do get lost, and stolden. I won't be held responsible for your un-insured items. It's worth the $1.75! If a glass item is broke, I will mail you the slips if needed. Every shipping place is different. But please contact me. Insured glass wear gets the refund from the shipping place (unless it's FedEx). I will get the check from FedEx,and I will pay-pal you the money. It don't come out of my pocket~ that's what insurance is for.
