Nana has been in the craft business since 1971. She started out sewing quilts and pillows and began tie dyeing in about 1975. She had a small shop in Encino,Ca. called The Toads Garden

We accept paypal only. It is timely and convenient. If you want to make other arrangements look on FlowerChildCrafts on etsy.com, a site for handmade items, where money orders are allowed.

We almost always ship the same day payment is received. If it is a holiday or weekend or Nana is out of town visiting the other tadpoles then it may take a day or two. It is also good to remeber that shipping charges include envelopes, paper, computer ink and tape. :)

In general we don't accept returns they are just too costly and time consuming. Always read the listings carefully before buying. BUT if we make a mistake we will be happy to make it right by exchange or refund.
