I started Tie Dyed Fabrics over a year ago now. I went to ebay looking for a fabric with scooby doo on it. While there I noticed that all these folks were selling fabric. So I bought some and noticed when I got it home it was not prewashed. Most quilter's require prewashing to prevent shrinkage after sewing which causes distortion and to prevent dye staining and to remove thing like embalming fluid which most manufactorers use in the production process.
