I have been servicing the building industry since 1980. I have installed hundreds of thousands of square feet of ceramic tile, stone tile, VCT, thousands of yards of carpet and sheet vinyl, thousands of square feet of slab stone, and hundreds of thousands of lineal feet of cove base. My body started screaming at me several years back that it will not install tile any more, so my wife (of over 25 years) and I opened a flooring store. Now we have other professionals do the installations for the us. Our store, Carpet and Tile Works, stocks C-Cure products which includes a full line of 40 colors of Sanded and Non-Sanded grouts and caulks. We stock rubber base, porcelain tile, carpet, pad, and installation supplies used for Tile, Carpet, Stone, VCT, Base, and many other flooring products. We also are the Colorado Western Slope distributor for Silestone Slab, and service various other slab sales such as Ceasarstone and natural slabs.

Returns are gladly exchanged for faulty product. After evaluating the claim, we may ship replacement products at our cost instead of exchange.

If opened from the original case, it was only opened to take a picture of it to display online, to display (not used) at our retail store, or was not individually wrapped when it arrived at our warehouse.
